Meet the Team
Meet the BCY staff team.
Gavin
Gavin is our senior youth worker. He started with BCY in spring 2020. He oversees the work and loves to get involved in the face to face youth work too. He’s been involved with youth work for many years and has worked with schools and churches in a number of locations.
Nicola
Nicola has been with BCY since 2003! Nicola is responsible for writing and coordinating both our Rock Solid clubs for years 5-6 and our Prayspace events. She also leads various lunch and after schools clubs in several primary and secondary schools.
Phil
Phil is our Primary School worker, having joined us in September 2022. He joins us from a teaching background and is enjoying developing our work in primary schools.
Trustees
Our Trustees all attend local churches from across the area and are from a mixture of denominations. They are all passionate about BCY’s mission and have lots of current or prior experience working with young people.
