Are you a dynamic, pioneering Christian with a passion for working with Primary aged children?

We are seeking to employ a Primary Worker to lead, facilitate and develop working in primary schools in and around Bury St Edmunds. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, a great communicator and people person to join our small and talented team in schools in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The successful candidate will be someone who loves working with children and has a passion to share the gospel in fun and creative ways.

The role would include the following…

●  Building on existing links with local primary schools and developing links with new ones, in order to enable BCY activities and clubs to be run in them

●  Working in several schools running lots of face-to-face work. This would include leading and facilitating assemblies, lessons, pray space events, after school clubs and other opportunities.

●  Building on relationships with local churches and encouraging them in their family and children's ministry, including holidays clubs and other events.

●  Training, recruiting, equipping and supporting volunteers from the local churches to partner in the work.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for making Jesus known within the primary age group.

Full-time 37.5 hours per week (part-time working patterns may also be considered)

£22-24k pa depending on experience
